Charity Duck Race
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic Arafest was unable to hold its annual music festival which raises money for charities that work with underprivileged children. In these uncertain times the work that these charities do is needed more than ever.
One of Arafest’s main sponsors is Barclays Bank and their colleague, Michelle Kidd decided to still try and support Arafest’s work so she organised a duck race. Ducks were sold for £10 each and then released into a running stream. The first duck over the line won £50.
